We are looking for a highly organised, adaptable and detail-orientated Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams in driving efficiency, optimising processes, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and proposals. You will play a critical role in managing our CRM (HubSpot), Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, proposal creation, sales enablement, webinar execution, and content uploads.
This role requires multitasking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage various administrative and strategic tasks to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain processes and optimise HubSpot CRM for the sales and marketing team, ensuring accurate data management, automation, and reporting.
- Propose, implement and optimise lead scoring models, update reporting fields, and set up automated notifications.
- Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, providing data-driven insights and ensuring team accountability.
- Propose and implement integrations and workflows to maximise efficiency.
- Support sales enablement by offering strategic outreach ideas, writing email templates, and improving engagement processes.
- Support the ABM strategy, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
- Identify and suggest new ways to capitalise on leads in the funnel.
- Prepare, review, and refine sales proposals with a sharp eye for detail, presentation, grammar, and client alignment.
- Upload blogs, downloads, and webinars to our CMS (Webflow), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in webinar administration, including scheduling, execution, and follow-ups.
- Manage email campaigns—scheduling, sending, and optimising for lead nurturing.
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM Management.
- Strong experience with HubSpot CRM (certifications is a plus).
- Familiarity with Webflow (or other CMS platforms) for content uploads.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint for proposal creation and sales materials.
- Excellent multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
- A self-starter who can think critically, identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with sales and marketing teams.
Bonus skills:
- Experience with marketing automation, integrations, or workflows in HubSpot.
- Experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, and sales enablement strategies.
- Knowledge of ABM strategies and funnel optimisation.
- Familiarity with sales enablement.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in document formatting and data management.
