We’re passionate about our people and our product, and are looking for someone to help grow our genuine, talented and collaborative team. As our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll have the unique opportunity to develop and implement our internal recruitment and onboarding processes from the ground up, and build a Talent Acquisition function that is attracting and sourcing candidates who are excited to contribute to our growth plans.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will have autonomy to make this role your own as we grow - crafting the end-to-end employee lifecycle and delivering on our commitment and objectives to our people - to make YC the best place to work.
