Our customers are at the centre of everything that we do, and our Customer Success team embodies that value. We operate at the intersection of technology and customers, working closely with our Engineering teams to help make workforce compliance easy for the YC community. We’re looking for someone excited to join the team as a Customer Success Associate who will own the customer journey and help customer realise the value in their YC investment.
You will have autonomy to make this role your own - driving customer growth, retention, and above all, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
