We operate at the intersection of technology and customers, working closely with our Engineering teams to help make workforce compliance easy for the YC community.  We’re looking for someone excited to join the team as a Customer Success Associate who will own the customer journey and help customer realise the value in their YC investment.

You will have autonomy to make this role your own - driving customer growth, retention, and above all, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

A little about the role:

  • Working with the Customer Success team to drive increased value, retention, customer satisfaction, and ultimately expansion of the YC footprint across workforce compliance products.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer - being their trusted advisor to ensure they realise their investment and have an exceptional customer experience.
  • Managing the relationship with our customers and partners.
  • Supporting customers with the implementation and ongoing delivery of subscription products in collaboration with the Data and Engineering teams.
  • Owning key parts of project governance, including the tracking of legal and client instructions.
  • Building collaborative relationships internally across Product, Engineering and Data to facilitate an exceptional customer experience.
  • Troubleshooting on issues and FAQs to support the customer experience.
  • Innovating, with the goal to simplify processes, in order to help the team run more efficiently and increase customer satisfaction and experience.

A little about you:

  • You are a lawyer (or ex-lawyer) with 2 to 4 years experience, preferably in an employment / IR, corporate, commercial or litigation team; or in a regulatory / compliance space. Having said that, if you’re a lawyer in any field who wants to explore tech – we’re excited to hear from you.
  • You have a high level of empathy for the customer.
  • You are highly organised and can manage contending priorities at once.
  • You’re a great communicator and cross-collaborator who excels working with other functions to drive business goals and customer outcomes.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering and implementing solutions.
  • You welcome change, and you have a flexible and adaptable mindset with desire to grow with us.
